Action Training
A 60-minute session specifically designed for fitness, fat loss, toning and conditioning.
A brilliant workout combining cardiovascular training with specific weight training. Each session has a comprehensive stretch format and an "abs attack" which is a short program designed to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles. Action Training is a small group activity and booking is essential.
Each week Action Training layout is re-designed, to provide a new training strategy and to keep the sessions interesting and ensure boredom does not sneak in to both the client’s experience and the trainer’s performance.
Every Renouf Personal Training Centre has a 12 month Action Training Calendar, outlining the weekly training strategies.
The group environment creates an exciting and energetic feel, which motivates clients to apply themselves to the best of their ability.
Lastly, Action Training, which is basically group PT, is very cost effective.
