Over the years Renouf Personal Training has applied many successful training strategies to our clients, as well as our-selves, which have allowed thousands of clients to transform their bodies and lives Quickly (in as little as 12 weeks!).


When we have been the most successful, the training has been great, but arguably the biggest differences in results come when our clients are mentally switched on.

When you are very clear on what your short and long term fitness goals are, you nail them.
Personally, when I am unclear as to why I am training, my workouts are ok and my focus and nutrition are ok. Nothing wrong with ok, except that spending too much time in OKville, isn’t what I want my life to be about.

The difference in my results, is when I have a very clear Mind-Set for what I want.
