Somewhere I once read or heard that reading the first 3 letters of D-I-E-T spell DIE, not a very encouraging thought is it?

THIS IS NOT A DIET!

DIET.DIET.DIET. It sounds hard. It sounds restricting, very restricting. It sounds temporary. It sounds like it’s not going to work or be long lasting.

How many of us have been on a diet or the “latest” craze? Hands up? C’mon don’t feel bad we all have or maybe currently are. What about these classics: The Atkins diet or the Apple diet and/or how many cleansing diets are out there?
