Personal Training
60 minute training session, that provides the opportunity, for clients to be closely developed and mentored, by their personal trainer, ensuring their success. Clients receive special attention with nutritional planning, their trainer is in complete control over all facets of the program.
Personal Training sessions are divided into 3 parts:
Pre-Train:
15 minutes program to have you physically and mentally prepared for your trainer
Training:
30 minutes of 1 to1 training and coaching
Post-Training:
15-20 minute sessions specifically designed for you, by you trainer
Your entire training program will be recorded for your reference and review.
