Less running.
Variety is good. Mixing up Monday classes some time is good. It stops boredom setting in and that’s when people stop coming. More of some machines would be good. Sometimes hard to get the one you want to use. Joking and having fum is good – you forget you re exercising. Pressure to do more is motivating Seated Abs machine? Female trainer would be good as it can be embarrassing to have a male trainer measure you.
Love weights sessions. Love circuit training – more please! Less burpees. No park in hot weather. Great Trainers. Thank You !!
